About

Daniel Morton

Director

Daniel as a director of Alliance Commercial oversees the company and has implemented appropriate systems in place to ensure the company continues to support the expected growth. Daniel has extensive experience in both commercial and residential projects being a director of Alliance Commercial Construction & Fitout, as well as Alliance Development & Construction.

Daniel has developed a motivated team to deliver successful projects to the highest quality, while maintaining an excellent client experience.

Rebecca Robinson

Director

Rebecca has been a builder now for twelve years and as a director of the company she has experience in a vast range of building types, from multi-million dollar builds through to large-scale town house projects and commercial fitouts.

Rebecca is the head site supervisor managing clients and contractors. She directs trades and suppliers on site to ensure the job runs efficiently and effectively. Rebecca takes pride in project handovers minimising the amount of defective works and ensuring all works are completed to code.

Sam Penna

Project Manager

Sam’s role for Alliance is estimating, cost control and project management. He ensures that the day to day construction activities are carried out on time and to budget. Sam completed his University degree in 2013 in Construction Management and Economics.

Sam has worked for commercial and residential builders gaining experience in both estimating and construction management for over eight years. He is highly motivated and driven to succeed in the completion of each project and is a highly valued member of the
Alliance team.

The
Process

Custom Home Design

Meet with our building & design team, we have an in house interior architect and designer that will listen to your exact needs and budget. After this meeting we will produce a concept design along with a budgeted build price.

We will then produce more detailed drawings along with a footing report from the engineer and an energy report to ensure your home will perform in any conditions. Go through the items with design team that you would like to have included in your fixed price contract. Once we have established the detail, we can provide you with a fixed price contract ready for signing.

After contract signing you will be contacted by our professional interior designer to help you select the colours and fixtures for your new home, whilst this is happening your project will have been submitted to council for approval.

Your project is now ready for construction, build times are anywhere from 5 to 10 months. When your new home starts our supervisor will be in touch to introduce themselves.

Our supervisor will give you regular updates throughout the project via our project management portal, which will include photos, messages, and a live timeline of your project. The project management portal is accessed on your PC or Smart Phone via application. Any questions that you may have throughout the build will be responded to within 1 business day.

When we are a month out from handing the keys to your new home, your supervisor will be in contact. After handover enjoy ongoing support from our maintenance team for any maintenance needs.
